曾經(jīng)看到過一個故事，在歐洲，有一位剛畢業(yè)的留學生想要在當?shù)厍舐殹?/p>

I once saw a story about a newly graduated international student in Europe who wanted to find a job in the local area.

這位留學生各方面都很優(yōu)秀，但求職時卻處處受阻。

The international student is excellent in all aspects, but he is hindered in applying for a job.

他非常生氣，在經(jīng)歷了多次失敗后，怒氣沖沖地沖到一個跨國公司人事部門質(zhì)問人事經(jīng)理：“我本地的同學學業(yè)成績還沒我的優(yōu)秀，都被你們早早錄用了，難道我是留學生，你們就為此不錄用我嗎？”

He was very angry. After many failures, he angrily rushed to the personnel department of a multinational company and questioned the personnel manager: "My local classmates' academic achievements are not as good as mine. They were all hired by you early. Am I an international student? Why don't you hire me for this?"

人事經(jīng)理認真地回答：“我們對你的學業(yè)情況非常了解，我們確實需要像你一樣優(yōu)秀的人員派駐到相關地區(qū)，但你四年求學當中，有過兩次乘坐地鐵逃票的記錄，所以我們不能錄用你！”

The HR manager replied earnestly, "We know your academic situation very well. We really need excellent personnel like you to be stationed in relevant areas, but you have twice escaped by subway during your four years of study, so we can't hire you!"

學生更加震驚：“就為了這點小事？”

The student was more shocked: "Just for this little thing?"

人事經(jīng)理眉頭一皺：“這不是小事，你發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)則當中的漏洞后，惡意使用規(guī)則。雖然你只是被發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩次沒有買票，但我敢說，你肯定有幾十次的逃票經(jīng)歷！”

The HR manager frowned: "This is not a trivial matter. After you found the loophole in the rules, you maliciously used the rules. Although you have only been found two times without buying tickets, I dare say that you must have experienced dozens of ticket evasion!"

“我們?yōu)榱私档团沙鰴C構(gòu)的成本，提高效率，盡量不設監(jiān)督人員，如果你鉆我們的管理漏洞，那是沒辦法防止的，所以，我們對人員的誠信問題是放在第一位的?！?/p>

"In order to reduce the cost of the dispatched office and improve efficiency, we try not to set up supervisors. If you drill into our management loopholes, it is impossible to prevent. Therefore, we put the integrity of personnel first."

一個人靠不靠譜，藏在細節(jié)中。自愛的基礎是自尊，不自重的人，談不上自愛。

A person is unreliable, hidden in details. Self-love is based on self-respect. People who don't have self-respect can't talk about self-love.

而計較，更能看清一些人，明白一些事。

In comparison, we can better see some people and understand some things.
